成果简介	NOVELTY - The bioreactor has a housing (1) and a lid (2). The housing and the lid are hermetically sealed by a flange joint (3). The nozzle (4) for feeding the gas-air mixture is hermetically secured in the housing. The nozzle (5) for removing the gas-air mixture is hermetically secured in the lid. The rod (6) is hermetically secured in the lid, on the surface of which biomass is built up in the volume of hydrogel with immobilized microorganism cells. The nozzle for feeding the gas-air mixture is equipped with a reducer with a flow meter (7). The gas-air mixture outlet fitting is equipped with a gas analyzer (8). The rod intended for biomass growth is set with a rectangular cross-section. USE - Bioreactor used in field of regenerative medicine for cultivation of cells in hydrogel to create three-dimensional models of organs or tissues. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures effective supply of the gas-air mixture to the microorganism cells immobilized in the hydrogel to enable the growth of biomass of given geometric shape.
