成果简介	NOVELTY - The test rig has cylindrical posts (3) that are rigidly fixed to a base (1), lower crossbar (5) and upper crossbar (2) rigidly mounted on the posts, a flywheel (6) with a rotating screw (4) and a slider nut (15) moving progressively along a guide key in the lower crossbar. A force-measuring device consists of a dynamometric ring (7) with a clock-type indicator rigidly connected to the slider nut. A threaded connection is rigidly connected to the dynamometric ring through the upper disk and studs. The threaded connection consists of two rigid disks. An elastic portion is installed between rigid disks and connected with a nut and bolt. The elastic portion is rigidly fixed to the base of the stand coaxially with the screw by the lower disk. The two clock-type indicators are installed with the help of holders on the racks. The measuring tip of clock-type indicator is installed on the plane of the middle disk. USE - Test rig for testing stressed threaded connection used in educational process for students of technical specialties studying disciplines of machine portions, technical mechanics, fundamentals of machine design, technical devices, machines and their components for purpose of experimentally studying nature of operation of threaded connection under simultaneous action of tightening force and external axial load tending to open the joint. ADVANTAGE - The device expands the functional capabilities of the experimental setup and conducts a study of a stressed threaded connection with the simultaneous action of a tightening force and an external axial force.
