成果简介	NOVELTY - The mower-crusher has a crushing apparatus which is a crushing rotor (1) with L-shaped knives (2) hinged to surface. The knives on the right and left of the rotor are installed with L-shaped bends towards each other. The driven fixed disc (4) and driven movable disc (5) with spring (6) are connected to each other with screws (7). The shaft (3) of flattening rotor is connected by a V-belt (8), clamped between the driven fixed disc and the driven movable disc. The driving fixed disc (10) and the driving movable disc (11) with a hydraulic cylinder (12) are fixed to the drive shaft (9). The signal from the sensor of the thickness of the layer (16) of plant mass is received through the converter (14). A rod with sprayers is installed above the layer (17) of flattened mass, after the flattening rotor, which is connected by a pipeline (20) to a dosing pump (21), which is installed on a tank (22) with a preservative, while input is connected to a control device (13). USE - Mower-crusher with device for simultaneous crushing of plant mass such as grass and application of preservative into stem. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of the preservation operation can be increased due to the direct introduction of liquid preparation into the stem and regulation of the dosing of the preservative depending on the thickness of the layer of plant mass. The preservative penetrates into the stem and losses due to flowing off the surface of the stem are reduced.
