| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Self-adjusting dental implant system comprises: (a) an implant body configured for insertion into a jawbone, where the implant body comprises a threaded outer surface coated with a bioactive material to facilitate osseointegration; (b) a self-adjusting mechanism integrated within the implant body comprising an expandable segment configured to increase an external diameter of the implant body in response to a predetermined pressure threshold detected within the jawbone; (c) a sensor assembly embedded within the implant body, comprising a strain sensor, a piezoelectric sensor, and an impedance sensor, the sensor assembly being configured to detect bone-implant contact stability, micromovements, and variations in mechanical load; (d) a wireless communication module disposed within the implant body and operatively coupled to the sensor assembly, where the wireless communication module is configured to transmit osseointegration data to an external computing device. USE - Self-adjusting dental implant system. ADVANTAGE - The self-adjusting dental implant system employs self-adjusting mechanism comprising a shape-memory alloy expansion ring surrounding a central core of the implant body, where the expansion ring is configured to increase in diameter upon exposure to body temperature, thus improving primary stability, utilizes hydraulic expansion system including an internal fluid reservoir and a pressure-sensitive actuator, that releases a controlled volume of fluid into an expandable membrane upon detecting insufficient bone contact pressure, employs sensor assembly to detect variations in electrical impedance at the bone-implant interface and generate a signal indicative of osseointegration progression, the signal being processed by the processing unit to determine bone healing efficiency, employs the wireless communication module comprising a Bluetooth(RTM: Wireless data communications protocol) low energy (BLE) transceiver, that transmits real-time osseointegration data to a clinician's computing device within a range of up to 10 meters. The self-adjusting dental implant system employs processing unit programmed with a machine-learning algorithm, to analyze historical osseointegration data, identify abnormal healing patterns, and generate a predictive risk score for implant failure, utilizes bioactive coating to enhance bone adhesion and accelerate osseointegration, utilizes the processing unit to generate an alert signal when the detected micromovement exceeds a predefined threshold of 50 micrometers, the alert signal being transmitted via the wireless communication module to an external computing device, utilizes implant body comprising a modular compartment, housing the wireless communication module and the processing unit, where the modular compartment allows replacement of electronic components without requiring extraction of the implant body, employs implant body comprising microfluidic channels extending along an axial length of the implant body, to release an antimicrobial agent upon detection of a bacterial infection at the implant site, the detection being performed by a biochemical sensor integrated into the sensor assembly.
