成果简介NOVELTY - The wireless communication system has a source node configured to encode an input data stream using a recurrent neural network (RNN) encoder that applies a bounded activation function to produce a latent representation and generate a transmit signal with reduced average power. A relay node configured to receive the transmit signal over a wireless channel and re-encode the received signal using an RNN re-encoder employing a bounded activation function to produce a re-encoded transmit signal with further reduced power. A destination node configured to receive the re-encoded transmit signal and decode it using an RNN decoder to recover the original data stream. The system is trained in an end-to-end manner without requiring explicit channel state information at the relay or destination nodes. USE - Wireless communication system for utilizing recurrent neural network (RNN) based encoding at source and relay nodes to achieve significant power savings and enhanced robustness in wireless communications. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes RNN based encoding at both the source and relay nodes to achieve significant power savings and enhanced robustness in wireless communications. The method reduces the required transmit power without compromising detection performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for wireless communication.
