ADVANTAGE - The coconut oil extraction device provides a fully automated means that efficiently processes coconuts, from their deshelling to the extraction of oil, with minimal manual intervention, improves the precision, speed, and quality of the processing, in view of ensuring consistent and high-quality oil extraction, and can automatically detect and separate damaged or rotten coconuts from healthy ones in view of ensuring that only suitable coconuts are processed, to enhance the overall quality of the end product, improve the drying and oil extraction process of coconuts to ensure a higher yield of quality coconut oil by optimizing temperature control and air circulation, and is capable of allowing operators to easily manage and monitor the coconut processing stages, in order to maximize productivity and minimizes the need for large spaces. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coconut oil extraction device comprises a base (101) having a conical hopper (102) supported over base for arranging coconuts into hopper. A screw conveyor (103) is housed within hopper to sequentially convey coconuts into a chamber (104) provided on base. A motorized cutting wheel (105) mounted within chamber. The pair of L-shaped telescopic arms (106) comprise clamps (107) at the ends, installed in chamber to grip coconut and position over wheel for deshelling of coconut. A cutting blade (108) is incorporated within chamber for cutting of deshelled coconut. The coconut is held within chamber by a pair of telescopic grippers (110). The artificial intelligence-based imaging unit (111) is installed within chamber and integrated with a processor for recording and processing images, to record color of coconut being cut, in synchronization with a weight sensor embedded in chamber detecting weight of coconut, to categorize the coconut as rotten or healthy coconut, where for a rotten coconut. The microcontroller actuates grippers to remove rotten coconut(s) and place healthy coconut(s) into a tank (112) arranged on base. The heat lamps (113) and hot air blowers (114) are installed within tank for drying of coconuts. The spiral screw press (115) are arranged under tank to receive dried coconuts from tank to compress coconuts for extraction of oil from coconut. A motorized drum (116) installed on base for receiving extracted oil. The drum is rotated for a separation of impurities from oil due to centrifugal force.
