| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a non-invasive sensor module integrated into an Arduino(RTM: Electronics prototyping design system)-based hardware kit for continuous collection of physiological data, including heart rate, peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2), blood pressure, body temperature, and motion parameters using accelerometers. A hybrid machine learning model combines spider monkey optimization (SMO), Weighted K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and XGBoost(RTM: Open-source software library) to optimize hyperparameters and enhance classification accuracy. An advanced data pre-processing unit detects outliers using Mahalanobis distance, performs weighted imputation for missing data, and derives additional health-related features, such as pulse pressure, to improve model performance. USE - Real-time heart disease detection system. ADVANTAGE - The system is designed to be lightweight, portable, and cost-effective, making it accessible to users in clinical and non-clinical settings.
