成果简介NOVELTY - The enhanced molecular similarity protein-ligand aligner has a novel deep learning featurizer model for extracting molecular target features. The integration of convolutional neural network (CNN) is provided for feature extraction from neighboring residues. Protein-ligand interactions are crucial in drug discovery and therapeutic development. Traditional futurization techniques for deep learning (DL) models rely on handcrafted features, which overlooks essential molecular aspects. USE - Enhanced molecular similarity protein-ligand aligner (EMSPLA) for improved deep learning-based bindi. ADVANTAGE - The method significantly improves predictive performance, reduces reliance on manual feature engineering, and enhances scalability. The EMSPLA model overcomes these limitations by integrating similarity-based alignment and advanced deep learning techniques. The EMSPLA enhances similarity matching in protein-ligand interactions and improving predictive accuracy. The method enables more efficient and scalable computational biology applications, and advancing protein-ligand interaction analysis.
