成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves measuring three-phase current signals from a current transformer (CT) secondary side for primary and secondary windings of the transformer. Clarke transform is applied on a three-phase current signal to get Clarke components. Space vector and different of space vector for the primary and secondary windings are calculated to decide normal or abnormal operation. Average of square of the normalized Clarke components is calculated. Decision is made for fault operations. USE - Method for detecting fault in power transformers of transmission companies. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting faults in a simple, practical and faster manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is are included for a device for detecting fault conditions in power transformers.
