| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method (500) involves computing (502) a pair-wise divergence value of each patch of a first image relative to each patch of a second image using an F-divergence method selected from several F-divergence methods by a processor. The pair-wise divergence value is computed using a probability distribution of each patch of the first image relative to each patch of the second image. A pair-wise divergence matrix is created (504) based on the computed pair-wise divergence values of each patch of the first image relative to each patch of the second image by the processor. A similarity score between the first image and the second image is calculated (506) based on the pair-wise divergence matrix by the processor. Several patches of the first image and several patches of the second image are transformed into the patch embeddings. Each of the patch embeddings is normalized into the associated probability distributions. USE - Method for determining similarity between images using pair-wise divergence matrix for verifying uniqueness, evaluating image data for plagiarism, and identifying similar visual content. ADVANTAGE - The method measures the similarity between images with high accuracy. The method significantly reduces the manual effort required by automating and determining the similarity between two or more images.
