成果简介	NOVELTY - The precision computer numerical control plotter machine has a metal frame with strong and rigid aluminum material that ensures accommodation of mechanical and electrical functioning components. The stepper motors are mounted in the metal frame along X and Y axes, and are provided for control movement with precision. A microcontroller is provided to control the motors and other electrical working components, where an adjustable tool holder allows switching between different tools. The motor drivers are provided for smooth functioning of stepper motors. The communication interface involved with connection allows direct personal computer connection with microcontroller that is powered by power supply. USE - Precision computer numerical control plotter machine for high precision drawing, engraving and cutting applications. Uses include but are not limited to graphics, design, architecture and manufacturing processes. ADVANTAGE - The stepper motors are integrated in the metal frame, and are in closed loop for precise control while moving in X and Y axes respectively, thus ensuring smooth linear motion with high torque power, and hence ensuring consistent accuracy and less vibrations. The machine is designed and made by utilizing a strong and rigid metal frame using aluminum material, which reduces vibrations and ensures accuracy with consistency. The holder features with height adjustability supports multiple functionalities, such as precise plotting, engraving, cutting operations and printed circuit board etching. High precision and accuracy stepper motors allow micro stepping, and ensure fine detail plotting and engraving. Stepper motors consume power efficiently and require minimal maintenance.
