A processor receives image data from an e-microscope for further processing. The processor is equipped with internet connectivity and deep learning-based image classifier. The deep learning based image classifier is stored on the processor unit for classifying parasitic images. A cloud storage system stores and analyzes the captured images and classification data. The analyzed data report is sent to a health care unit. An interface is configured for enabling veterinarians and farmers to access the data and receive health reports.
