成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a set of vibration sensors embedded with accelerometers and gyroscopes, where the vibration sensors detect oscillations, frequency shifts, and stress variations in a structure and transmit real-time data to an artificial intelligence (AI)-based processing unit for anomaly detection. The AI-based processing unit employs machine learning algorithms including convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), to analyze vibration patterns and predict potential structural failures. A cloud-based analytics platform receives, processes, and visualizes sensor data through an interactive dashboard for allowing remote monitoring and historical trend analysis for predictive maintenance planning. USE - AI-powered vibration sensor system for monitoring health of buildings and bridges. ADVANTAGE - The system enables continuous monitoring and real-time anomaly detection, thus ensuring early intervention to prevent potential failures. The vibration sensors captures multi-axis vibration data with minimal latency. The vibration sensors are battery operated, energy-efficient, and wirelessly connected, thus ensuring ease of deployment and maintenance of the system. The vibration sensors operate in a synchronized manner, thus collecting real-time vibration data while minimizing false positives due to environmental noise.
