成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a computer vision-based subsystem for utilizing convolutional neural networks (CNN) for real-time object detection. An image processing module processes video frames from cameras, where the image processing module applies region-based CNN techniques. The image processing module classifies detected objects for real time obstacle avoidance. An algorithm module employs YOLO for faster and more accurate object detection and categorization. An integration module processes data from the vision system and makes navigation decisions to control the vehicle motion in response to detected objects, road signs and traffic lights. The CNN is pre-trained using a dataset containing real world road conditions, weather variations and illumination levels to enhance detection accuracy. USE - Autonomous driving system for use in self-driving cars. ADVANTAGE - The system ensures that object detection and collision avoidance functions are optimized for real-time performance, thus making autonomous vehicle navigation safer and more efficient. The system is tested in both simulated and real-world environments to validate reliability and accuracy.
