| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a deep learning framework with a stochastic optimization method tailored for extensive RNA sequences. A comprehensive convolutional neural network incorporates research variants and knowledge architecture to extract inferred characteristics for accurate processing from extensive predictions of the coupling probabilities of each nucleotide within an RNA sequence. The system employs an enhanced stochastic optimization analysis to determine the optimal RNA secondary structure based on the probability of matching RNA sequence origins. USE - System for implementing a deep learning based convolute neural approach in prediction of RNA structure. ADVANTAGE - The system uses deep neural networks that leverage acquired RNA sequences as training data, while eliminating the frequency comparison limitation on related sequence data. The system mitigates the degradation of prediction performance for long sequences due to the implementation of the free power technique. The system achieves increased error accuracy, improved sensitivity and specificity parameters, and increased F1 score. |
