成果简介NOVELTY - The Artificial Intelligence (AI) based culinary management device (100) has a detection unit (104) adapted to be arranged in a food storage (102) and monitoring articles stored in the food storage. The articles are selected from a tagged article, an untagged article, or a combination. A control unit (114) is communicatively connected to the detection unit. The control unit analyzes attributes of the articles based on captured images, scanned articles, measured individual weights and a captured molecular expellant from the article. An artificial intelligence (AI) based recommendation engine (116) is initiated to recommend recipes based on the analyzed attributes of articles stored the storage. A computing unit (122) adapted to receive an alert. USE - Artificial intelligence (AI) based culinary management device for automate food monitoring in smart refrigeration emerged as a prominent solution by offering inventory tracking, grocery management, and food expiration alerts. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing a control unit to analyze the captured images and the scanned articles to determine whether the articles are missing in the images and/or scanned articles, so that the control unit can recommend and display the recipes on the computing unit to the user in an effective manner. The method allows the user to quickly and easily identify the missing articles in the image captured by the image capture device, thus improving user experience in an efficient manner, and hence improving the user's experience with the device in a cost-effective manner.
