成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a machine learning framework that processes historical cricket data using an elbow method, K-means clustering, and random forest algorithms, and integrated with power BI for interactive visualization, to predict player performance and categorize players with an accuracy of 94 percent. An elbow method determines optimal number of clusters by minimizing within-cluster sum of squares (WCSS). A random forest algorithm employs multiple decision trees to predict match outcomes and player contributions, for reducing overfitting. USE - System for performing T20 cricket analysis for team selection, strategy formulation, and player development for aiding franchise management in strategic planning e.g. opposition analysis and match simulations. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enhancing T20 cricket team selection by identifying top-performing players and optimal team compositions based on predictive analytics, supporting coaches in developing tailored training programs by uncovering player strengths and weaknesses through performance clustering, and aiding franchise management in strategic planning such as opposition analysis and match simulations, using visualized data insights.
