ADVANTAGE - The system enhances operational efficiency for businesses by automating customer interactions, minimizes human resource dependency, and enables scalability during high-traffic scenarios. The system provides a culturally adaptive and emotionally intelligent chatbot that personalizes user experiences, understands diverse linguistic inputs, and improves customer satisfaction and retention rates.
