成果简介NOVELTY - The electric vehicle (EV) charging slots locating and booking system (100) has a web-based portal for users to search, locate, and book EV charging stations. An Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled sensors detect vehicle presence and provide real-time status updates. A custom hardware solution is powered by the Vega ET1031 processor for managing data flow and communication. A backend database powered by MongoDB(Free and open-source cross-platform document-oriented database program) for real-time data storage and management. A charging station status is displayed through a traffic light indicator system. The traffic light indicator system visually communicates slot availability using red, yellow, and green indicators. USE - EV charging slots locating and booking system. ADVANTAGE - The system provides an easy-to-use and web-based platform which allows electric vehicle users to locate nearby charging stations based on real-time data, facilitates advanced booking of EV charging slots, data transfer from the processor to the web application, seamless communication between hardware components, slot booking, reduces wait time and scheduling conflicts through real-time availability updates, allows users to search for nearby charging stations, view real-time availability, and book slots in advance, achieves efficient data management, real-time synchronization, real-time data visualization and sensor integration, ensures the efficient operation of sensors and the web-based system and availability at the selected station, enhances station efficiency, allows automatic release of unused slots, offers subscription based services for EV owners and charging station operator, supports government-driven projects, is integrated into onboard navigation and enables EV owners to locate and book charging slots directly from vehicle dashboard.
