成果简介NOVELTY - The system allows users to gain real-time assistance in unfamiliar areas during emergencies, where the system model functions reliably in low or no network zones. The model is trained with large amount of data to provide quantity and quality, where SOS is sent to the respective departments in any case of emergencies. The system directly transmits live GPS coordinates to government helpline numbers upon detecting an emergency sound. USE - Automatic security monitoring and alert system. Uses include but are not limited to smart cities, lighting pole, public safety systems, transportation hubs such as airports, bus stations, and metro stations, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, commercial complexes such as malls, offices, and public venues, and remote monitoring systems and industrial sites. ADVANTAGE - The system provides quick and accurate emergency response without the need to rely on the availability or presence of individual mobile devices. The system uses an edge computing feature that enables local processing of audio on the device, resulting in low latency and minimal requirement for real-time data transfer to cloud servers. The system uses combination of sound detection, global positioning system (GPS) tracking, and machine learning (ML)-based analysis to provide an advanced, automated security solution that can respond quickly to potential threats, improving safety, and creating awareness in urban areas and security in real time. The system enables faster and more accurate responses to emergencies, reducing the time taken for help to arrive.
