成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a main unit for continuously tracking environmental parameters using internet of things (IoT) sensors and transmits data wirelessly to a Flask-based monitoring system for instant underground condition assessment, and minimizes risks like toxic exposure or hazardous environmental changes. The main unit detects sudden falls, abnormal vibrations or collisions using accelerometer and vibration sensors, where the main unit automatically sends emergency alerts to a control center for rapid response to ensure timely medical assistance tor injured workers. An IR sensor detects triggers immediate alerts to ensure safety compliance and minimize exposure to dangerous conditions when a worker removes the helmet in a hazardous zone. USE - System for ensuring worker safety through real-time environmental monitoring, health risk prediction and alerting systems for use in mining environments. Uses include but are not limited to gas explosions, extreme heat, and unstable ground. ADVANTAGE - The system enhances safety with real-time environmental monitoring, health risk prediction and alerting systems by the smart mining helmet, and enhances safety, and minimizes likelihood of disasters, and ensures rapid emergency responses by real time communication, and minimizes risks, and enhances overall safety in underground mines. The system facilitates live data visualization and logs historical data for further analysis, and wirelessly transmits information to a monitoring system built using Python(RTM: Computer programming language) flask, JavaScript(RTM: Computer programming language), HTMLand CSS, and enables supervisors to track miner conditions in real time and respond immediately to any dangerous situations.
