A partition selection module selects a first partition to be moved from among set of partitions divided by a partition hash map configuration module. A journal file generation module generates a synchronization journal file for recording a record insert/delete/update history in first partition selected by the partition selection module. A partition transfer module transfers second partition to be transferred to the first partition in which the synchronization journal file is generated by the journal file generation module. ADVANTAGE - The system automatically generates reminders based on prescription data managed by a doctor, thus reducing patient burden and improving adherence rates. The system utilizes cloud-based storage and real-time data synchronization to store patient prescriptions and related data securely, thus ensuring secure, encrypted storage of medical records to protect patient privacy, and up-to-date medication regimens for better patient care.
