| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The robot has an ESP32 microcontroller for processing commands and managing system components. A motor driver unit controls the movement of thrusters in left, right, forward, and backward directions. A power driver module regulates power supply to sensors and motors. A sensor array includes a water sensor, a gas sensor, an infrared sensor, and an ultrasonic sensor for detecting pipeline leaks and obstacles. A camera module is connected to a personal computer (PC) through a Wi-Fimodule for performing real-time monitoring. A mobile application interface (Blynk IoT app) is provided for performing remote operation of the robot. USE - Pipeline inspection robot for in-pipe inspection of underground urban gas pipelines. Can also be used as crucial conduits for transporting g gas and liquids e.g. oil, water, and sewage. ADVANTAGE - The robot is designed for eliminating the need of manpower in dangerous locations by the immediate response provided by robot, prevents major accidents and harm to the surroundings. The robot has a greater range of the use of thrusters for movement. The robot is housed with different sensors for performing precise and accurate operations with the help of the robot so as to reduce manpower and obtain accurate results, eliminate need of man-power in dangerous areas and immediate response of robot to prevent harm of the surroundings, thus improving operation safety, immediate alerts and high analytical data, reducing costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for inspecting pipelines using a remote-controlled robot. |
