成果简介NOVELTY - The system has an image acquisition module for receiving MRI and computed tomography (CT) scan images. A pre-processing module applies noise reduction and contrast enhancement process. A deep learning-based feature extraction unit utilizes convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to extract spatial and textural features. A classification module employs machine learning models to categorize tumor types based on extracted features. A graph neural network (GNN) module constructs a graph representation of segmented tumor regions and captures spatial relationships between different tumor sub-regions to refine segmentation accuracy. An automated tumor segmentation module applies a hybrid CNN-graph neural network (GNN) approach, where the CNN identifies potential tumor boundaries and the GNN refines a segmentation mask based on learned spatial dependencies. USE - Computer-implemented system for facilitating automated brain tumor detection and classification using deep learning and graph neural networks utilized in field of medical imaging, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
