The system is designed for efficient resource management, and uses smart load balancing approach to minimize response time and enhance resource allocation efficiency within cloud computing environment. USE - Artificial intelligence enabled real-time load balancing system for dynamic load balancing in cloud computing environment. ADVANTAGE - The system minimizes task execution delays and balancing resource utilization effectively, thus ensuring seamless cloud operations, enhancing user experience, and improving quality of service (QoS). The system allows a cloud consumer to unilaterally provision computing capabilities such as server time and network storage as needed automatically without requiring human interaction with a service's provider, thus unilaterally provisioning computing capabilities automatically to quickly scale out and rapidly scale in.
