| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to construction materials and can be used for repair, reinforcement and manufacture of building structures in industrial and civil construction. Heat-insulating concrete is obtained from a mixture containing the following, wt.%: quick-hardening portland cement 43.20–44.80, foam glass with fraction of 0.63–1.25 mm with bulk density of 300 kg/m3 25.30–25.90, metakaolin with specific surface area Ssp=1,500 m2/kg and bulk density 420 kg/m3 0.80–0.86, blast-furnace slag of metallurgical production with specific surface area Ssp=500 m2/kg 6.50–6.78, microsilica with specific surface area Ssp=2,000 m2/kg 4.20–4.32, complex chemical additive represented by an aqueous solution with density ρ=1.038 g/cm3 and pH=8.0 0.40–0.44, water 18.00–18.50. Said aqueous solution of the complex additive is obtained from an aqueous solution of a polycarboxylate polymer represented by a copolymer of methacrylic acid with density ρ=1.46 g/cm3 and pH=6.5 39.0–40.4 wt.%; silicic acid sol with density ρ=1.023 g/cm3 and pH=4.0, containing nanodispersion of silicon dioxide, 26.4–27.0 wt.%; aqueous solution of lithium chloride electrolyte with density ρ=1.036 g/cm3 and pH=8.5 33.2–34.0 wt.%.
