成果简介	NOVELTY - The roller has a cylindrical body (1) arranged on a ring (2) with a working surface fixed on an outer annular part. The cylindrical body is made of a dismountable design. The ring is made in the form of a removable and replaceable ring made of a hard alloy with an annular working ridge (3) for forming the working surface on the outer annular part. The removable and replaceable ring is made with a profile section in an area of working edges of a dividing ridge in the form of an isosceles triangle with an angle at apex from 80 to 100 degrees. The cylindrical body is made in the form of a housing sleeve with stepped cylindrical projections on an outer surface. The hard alloy is made of tungsten, or titanium-tungsten, or titanium-tantalum-tungsten, or tungsten-free or based on titanium carbide. USE - Dividing roller for rolling metal with longitudinal division of rolled product. ADVANTAGE - The ensures increase in wear resistance due to the fact that implementation of a device of variable dismountable structures with a wedging ridge in the form of a removable ring made of hard alloy fully and reduces number of rolling stops for replacing worn rollers so as to increase productivity of a rolling mill.
