| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The tray has a base body having a bottom surface and inner side surfaces, which define an internal space accommodating a member to be included in an electronic device and a film member included a film body covering an upper surface of the member and protrusion parts protruding from the film body. The base body is included support members (111-114, 121-124), and guide members (131-138) which protrude from the bottom surface. The guide holes (231-238) overlapping with the guide members are formed in the protrusion part. USE - Tray for transporting a member to be included in an electronic device i.e. display device i.e. LCD device and organic light emitting display device. ADVANTAGE - The tray prevents the display device from being damaged or broken due to movement or impact when the tray is moved from a manufacturing line to an assembling line or is transported from an external enterprise. The film unit is doubly fixed to the base body, so that the movement of the tray in the horizontal direction can be restricted. The protrusion parts of the film unit can be coupled to the guide units of the base unit through the first and second guide holes, so as to prevent the tray from being moved in the vertical direction.
