| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The container has an upper flat structure (1) comprising support element (2) of flexible bags (3). The support element is designed to accommodate a port-plug structure (8) of flexible bag. The support element which comprises fastening element suitable for retaining flexible bags once they are inserted into support element. A lower receptacle (4) is designed to contain upper flat structure and to couple in a detachable manner. A cap for hermetically sealing lower receptacle. The container is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). USE - Container for sterilizing flexible bags for pharmaceutical use. ADVANTAGE - The flexible plastic bags are useful as final packaging for hemoderivatives for several reasons that they are easy to shape, giving them great versatility and adaptability in their design, are rupture-resistant, ergonomic, and, due to their low density and weight, provide important costs savings regarding transportation and logistics, they are flexible and easy to handle. The flexible plastic bags are compatible with sterilization by radiation. The containers are cost-effective, reusable, easy to transport and to clean, and are very effective in the sterilization process. The nest type container suitable for sterilizing and transporting flexible plastic bags, allows bags to be fastened by the plug region of bags and is suitable for being filled both manually and automatically.
