The network block processing module is designed to contain a non-volatile memory device for storing the initial settings of the filtering unit and a system clock generator designed to clock the hardware logic unit when performing operations. The system settings control module contains a universal non-volatile memory device, a processor (210), a RAM device controlled using a system clock generator with provision for synchronization with the hardware logic unit, and an access block arranged to the non-volatile memory device for storing the initial settings of the network block processing unit and the operational storage device of the network block processing unit.
