This platform is an open-access scientific and technological information resource system established by the Document and Information Center of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with the support of the SCO Science and Technology Partnership Program and the International Science and Technology Cooperation Program titled "Research on Science and Technology Cooperation Among SCO Member States." Additionally, it is funded by the special project on the construction of an innovative environment in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, namely the "'SCO Member States+' Science and Technology Information Resource Sharing Platform." The platform includes sections on the latest scientific and technological developments, research projects, achievements, institutions, expert talents, policies and regulations, socio-economic statistics, original scientific and technological documents, monthly monitoring bulletins on science and technology , and special topic studies from SCO member states, as well as some dialogue partners and observer countries. The main interface of the platform supports browsing and access in Chinese, English, and Russian. We welcome all individuals engaged in relevant scientific research, science and technology management, and those interested in the technological development of this region to pay a visit.
1）Tech News——This section includes news links related to cutting-edge technology, aggregating and displaying news updates in the field of science and technology from SCO member states, dialogue partners, and Turkmenistan.
2）Scientific and Technological Projects——The platform provides information on scientific research projects conducted by the monitored countries in the fields of ecological environment, agriculture, biology, information technology, energy and minerals, and materials science, etc..
3）Scientific and Technological Achievements—— This section includes information on achievements of relevant scientific research projects, patents, etc. of the aforementioned countries.
4）Scientific and Technological Institutions——Internal and external institutional web links are integrated in this section to provide users with quick access to websites of government agencies, research institutions, news media, and literature information, offering knowledge services and critical information for the research process.
5）Expert Talents——This section provides information on experts and scholars in the fields of ecological environment, agriculture, biology, information technology, energy and minerals, materials science, etc. from the aforementioned countries.

7）Statistical Data——The data originates from the official statistical agencies of the aforementioned countries and is available for browsing through a catalog. Users can choose to purchase and download the data by individual pages or as a complete set.
8）Scientific and Technological Documents——This section provides original documents from the aforementioned countries in specialized fields such as science and technology policy, ecological environment, energy resources, and agricultural science.
9）Monitoring Bulletin——A monthly publication compiled by the Document and Information Center of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography Chinese Academy of Sciences, featuring science and technology news and thematic reports from the aforementioned countries and regions. It is available for free browsing and downloading.
10）Special Study——The special study report represents the findings of specific investigations, research, analyses, and constructive suggestions conducted by Chinese researchers (currently limited to the researchers from the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography Chinese Academy of Sciences) on relevant topics related to SCO member states. The reports collected by the platform can be provided to registered members for research purposes.

3）The original documents provided on the homepage of this system consist of various research reports and a small number of papers. Users who need to access Russian journal articles (electronic versions) can retrieve and download them through databases and document information institutions in the "Scientific and Technological Institutions" section.
4）Currently, the original documents provided by this system are limited to specialized fields such as ecological environment, information technology, agricultural science, energy and mineral resources.
