AbstractNOVELTY - Magnetically controlling the release of drug, comprises applying a composite coating with magnetic nanoparticles of zinc oxide-manganese oxide-iron oxide (ZnO.1MnO.9Fe2O4) to an implant in a film of the thermosensitive polymer poly(N-isopropylacrylamide), placing the implant in the patient's body, and impacting the implanted device and the subsequent release of the active substance by controlling the reversible phase transition between the hydrophobic and hydrophilic states using an alternating magnetic field (at amplitude of 100 Oe, 100 kHz). USE - The method is useful for magnetically controlling the release of drug.
