1992年毕业于哈萨克国立大学物理系，2004年获副博士学位.1992-1995年克孜勒奥尔达国立农业大学任教，1999-2002年任塔尔加尔中学教师，2000-2004年任物理技术研究所工程师，2005-今在哈萨克国立大学工作，现任理论物理教研室副教授、理论和核物理教研室副主任。
