简历

陈浩,研究员,课题组长。2011年入选武汉大学首届博士研究生跨学科拔尖创新人才培养(全校共7人)。2014年赴美国斯坦福大学分子影像中心博士联合培养。博士毕业后,留斯坦福大学分子影像中心进行博士后研究,从事荧光,PET-CT有机小分子诊疗药物研发。设计合成首个可修饰短波红外或近红外二区染料CH1055 (NIR-II or SWIR, 1000 nm~1700 nm),并开发其生物医学应用。2019年2月加入上海药物研究所,担任课题组长,主要从事荧光/PET-CT/SPECT-CT诊疗药物研发,分子影像技术在药物开发,药效评价,大分子药物药代动力学中的应用研究。具备药物化学,药理学,仪器设备交叉学科研究背景,擅长使用多学科交叉技术解决药物开发中遇到的困难。
