陈曦，男，1964年9月生于新疆，研究员、中国科学院杰出青年获得者、享受政府特贴专家、获全国先进工作者、自治区科技进步奖特等奖、何梁何利基金奖、中科院创新文化先进个人、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、新疆维吾尔自治区第九届有突出贡献优秀专家乌鲁木齐十杰等；担任国际地球北部伙伴计划中亚区域主席(NEESPI-Central Asia)、中国自然资源学会副理事长、中国遥感应用协会常务理事、新疆自然资源学会理事长、新疆遥感应用协会理事长。
